Previous to her career in real estate, Linda owned a number of automotive maintenance facilities, spent time as a UCC specialist for a major national corporation and worked extensively in the health care industry.
She currently supports a number of local community groups and charities and is active in the local chamber of commerce. Linda is a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors, the Washington County Board of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors.
Lucette (Lu) Schirmer—Owner/ Broker
With over 20 years' experience in real estate, Lucette has been a leading producer in both the Capital Region and her native Long Island. A graduate of Southampton College and the Dale Carnegie Institute, her diverse background includes selling residential, new construction and vacation properties. She is an actively engaged community advocate, lending her time and support to a number of local non-profit organizations. Currently a resident of Washington County and a Broker with Reynolds Real Estate, Lucette specializes in waterfront homes and land. She is an active member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors, the Washington County Board of Realtors, and the New York State Association of Realtors.
Roberta "Bobbi" Stone—Associate Broker
Born and raised in the Capital District. Bobbi is a graduate of Adirondack Community College and the University of Albany, majoring in mathematics. Bobbi specializes in Farm properties. When not selling and listing real estate, Bobbi enjoys riding with her horse “Baron”, cooking, shopping or planning her next trip. Melanie Casey—Licensed Sales Associate
Melanie is a life-long resident of the Capital District with 15 years sales experience. Melanie is a graduate of Greenwich Central School and Adirondack Community College with a degree in Marketing. She holds a position with the Washington County Farm Bureau and is a 4H Leader. Melanie is a Mom with two active sons, keeping her very active with the community. Melanie specializes in Vacant Land and Rentals. Melanie is a member of the Washington County Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Drexel Frye—Licensed Sales Associate
Drexel Frye, Sales Associate, Antique Home/Farm and Commercial Specialist, brings decades of sales and customer service experience to our office. Originally from Connecticut, the founder of a successful Architectural Millwork company, Drexel and his family own a 100 acre gentlemen’s farm where the raise purebred Angus cattle. His wife Betsy is a teacher and his two daughters attend argyle schools.

Brian Conlin —Licensed Sales Associate
Originally from Long Island - and living in the Capital Region for several years, Brian is a relocation specialist. Brian is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a professional sales and marketing consultant and has been selling real estate in upstate New York for over five years. He believes the key ingredient to any successful sales transaction is flawless communication. Every client is unique, and handled as an individual.
Brian and his family own a home in Greenwich, NY. While not at work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working in his gardens, renovating his house, and travelling.

Carl Casselman—Licensed Sales Associate
Carl Casselman enjoyed over twenty-five years as a top creative executive in advertising and marketing, writing success stories for Heineken, Timberland, Coca-Cola, Gillette, Proctor & Gamble and Miller Lite, among others. During this period, Mr. Casselman won virtually every major advertising award in the world. He left the business in 1998, after selling his agency, Scaros and Casselman, to George Lois. After reflecting on this for a couple of summers on Cape Cod, he became a social worker for several years, running food programs in Saratoga Springs before entering real estate in 2004. In 2006, he bought a spectacular home on a hidden lake from Linda Reynolds, and was so impressed with the experience that he joined the firm in July of 2007.
